1. About Ozmati
Ozmati is an all-in-one commerce platform that helps retailers build online stores, manage point-of-sale operations, track inventory and expenses, run social media ad campaigns, and grow sales faster.
2. Eligibility
To use Ozmati platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the accepted legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
- Submit correct and complete registration information.
- Use Ozmati platform only in compliance with applicable laws and conditions.
If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization or company, you approve that you have the right to bind that entity to these terms.

Fees paid are not refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay charges may lead to suspension or termination of account or services.
7. User Content
You keep possession of any business data, product information, media, or any other content you upload on the platform (user content).
By uploading content, you grant permission to Ozmati a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of updating, improving and advancing the platform.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your content is lawful and does not violate any legal right.
